David Rajpurohit is Managing Partner of Stanford Investment Group, Inc. He has a demonstrated record of value creation as Private Equity Investor, Management Consultant, and Operating Executive. He is responsible for all phases of investment decisions and portfolio management process.
Prior to joining SIG in 1992, Mr. Rajpurohit was an Area Managing Director, Management Consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Senior Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick and led action-oriented strategy, operations, and technology consulting at the CEO level of Fortune 1000 corporations and Private Equity Firms. Prior to 1984, Mr.Rajpurohit was Executivre Director of Medical Products, for Becton Dickinson and responsible for Productivity and Strategic Planning for 15 SBUs. rior to that his was Manager of New Ventures for Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Rajpurohit has an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and B. Tech and M. Tech degrees from Indian Institute of Technology. He is Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of CFA Institute, NYSSA, ACG, Strategic Leadership Forum, IIE, and IEEE. He was member of President's Council on Competitiveness.
Robert Spitalnic is a member of SIG and Managing Director of Belmont Corporate Finance. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President at Heller Financial and Security Pacific Business Credit where he provided financing for corporate growth, acquisitions, restructurings and LBO's. Earlier as Principal with Ernst & Young he advised client on growth financing and strategic planning. His firm has placed over $450 million in middle market senior secured and mezzanine debt for a wide range of industries. Mr. Spitalnic has strong relationships with numerous banks, finance companies, venture capital funds and other institutions.
He is a recognized author and speaker on Corporate Finance and Strategic Alliances. Mr. Spitalnic is a graduate of the City College of New York, and completed the course requirements for an MBA in Finance and Statistics from Baruch College. Bruce Campbell is a member of SIG and a senior marketing executive with broad industry experience in consumer goods, retail, and direct response marketing. He has held VP Marketing positions with RJR Nabisco, Quaker Oats, Advanta, Advo, and Ketchum Communications. He hold a BS and an MS from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from University of Rochester.
Stephen Berman is a Member of SIG and President of Synergy Capital. Earlier he was a Regional Vice President and Managing Director of Prudential Capital, Inc. where he invested $1.4 billion in 14 debt and equity transactions. He has a BA from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from New York University. Mr. Berman holds Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses.
Nina Rajpurohit, Senior Associate is responsible for investment research and analysis. She has a BA in Genetics and Computer Science from Cornell University. She has done further research in Genomics and Computational Biology at the Cornell University Biotechnology Center. Nina is a Research Scholar at Harvard University while on study leave from SIG. She is a Presidential Scholar, National Merit Scholar and fluent in both Spanish and Sanskrit. She is a member of Toast Masters International and member of the Cornell Ice Skating Club.
